Cancellation Policy
We ask that you reschedule/cancel 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or deposit will be forfeited. For SAME DAY cancelations, and NO CALLS NO SHOWS a fee of 50% of the service fee will also be charged as a result. However with proper communication of schedule changes outside the 24 hour window, deposits can be transferred once to a rescheduled date within 30s days of rescheduling. Please note No call/no show may also result in the inability to rebook.
